Gail Denker – Patient Care Coordinator – Queens Hearing Center
I have over 35 years of experience in telemarketing and customer service. I love talking to people and assisting them with all of their hearing needs. My job is to make the connection with our patients and help them experience the professionalism that our office has to offer.
Elizabeth Miller – Patient Care Coordinator – Manhattan
My name is Elizabeth Miller and I have been in the audiology industry since 1999. I enjoy helping individuals who have hearing difficulties. I take pleasure in being a part of the solution when a person comes in with a device problem and I’m able to fix or solve the problem. I'm thrilled every time I get to see a patient hear for the first time in a while.
My name is Marianna Cruz I have been working in the audiology field for more than 14 years. I love audiology! It's like solving puzzles. I dedicate my time to help every patient until their problem is solved. Hearing is such a valuable piece of our daily life, and it is essential for the quality of our life. I enjoy helping people hear better every day. Working for Advanced Hearing Center is incredibly rewarding. I'm proud of the work that I do, and gratitude is my driving force.

Cynthia - Patient Care Coordinator, Manhattan
Cynthia is the office manager and patient care coordinator at The Advanced Hearing Center. Upon completion of a medical assistant program, Cynthia received her certification as a medical assistant in 2013. Her 9 year background in customer care has helped bring forth the necessary skills needed to manage a successful growing practice. She takes the time to carefully listen, explain from start to finish, and follow up with all patients’ needs and concerns. Cynthia's work ethic and interaction with patients shows that her top priority is to make the patient's experience as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
