She answered all my questions and spent a lot of time counseling me about my hearing loss and then programmed a set of hearing aids for me to try in the office.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was in New York for a board meeting when my hearing aids charger stopped working.  I looked on line for who had my Starkey brands and found these folks on 78th Street so I called.  A young woman named Jessica responded that they would try to help if I came in so they could confirm they had the correct charger.  When I arrived they had a demo but did not have one on site I could purchase.  I explained I am from NC and leaving in a few days.  She actually let me borrow the demo charger with agreement I would mail it back which I did.  Jessica went over and above to help me so in my view these folks are awesome! I was able to hear in my meetings and made it home where I was able to get another charger.  Thanks to Advanced Hearong Center!   Great people!

We stopped by here to get it checked out and look into a replacement and she was promptly helped out by very friendly staff. Simple, direct, friendly, fuss-free.
