Patient Recall Specialist
Aida Acosta is a patient recall specialist at Advanced Hearing Center in Brooklyn, NY, with experience in multiple facets of the medical field including receptionist work and working as a hospital service technician.
Originally studying Sociology at Hunter College, Aida also received a certificate in Medical Billing and Coding in NYS and is currently working on getting her national certification.
Aida prides herself on helping others, having previous experience in school settings, working as an assistant teacher in both public school and special education as well as volunteering at various events and at an after-school special education program as a tutor.
Aida sees Advanced Hearing Center as a great opportunity to help others in a newer field and works hard to make sure that each person that comes to Advanced Hearing Center feels a sense of comfort and happiness.
Dyynasty is University of Central Oklahoma graduate from Oklahoma City. She has 5 years experience in office management and reception work. She loves being at the forefront of the field and help patients in any way she can. Dyynasty is a mother of 2 and became and official Yankee in 2011. Working her way through the city and finally finding her home at Advanced Hearing Center, she is happy to work with all current and new clients and help the company continue to grow. She will provide you with excellent customer service and answer any questions or concerns a client may have. In he past time Dyynasty loves to bake, swim and travel the world.
Juliana is a graduate of St. John’s University where she passionately studied Italian and History while working part time at Advanced Hearing Center since 2012. Upon graduating, Juliana’s role developed into that of managing operations of the company. In fall 2016, Advanced Hearing Center expanded their operations into Brooklyn and Manhattan and Juliana became the Director of Operations.
Juliana’s goal in her current role is to aid the practice in helping as many people as efficiently as possible. She loves the family atmosphere that Advanced Hearing Center provides for both staff members and patients!
Brittany Cavese is a Patient Care Coordinator at Advanced Hearing Center. She believes that a warm greeting and a big smile can help make someones day and if you ever walk in to the Albertson Location she will do just that! Brittany has several years experience in the medical field as well as customer service. She will ensure you have the best experience at Advanced Hearing Center.
My name is Gail Denker and I have been working at Advanced Hearing Center in Queens for 17 months as a telemarketer. I have over 25 years’ experience in telemarketing and customer service. I love talking to people and assisting them with all of their hearing needs. My job is making the connection with our patients, helping them experience the professionalism that our office has to offer.
Colleen Mahoney is a patient care coordinator at Advanced Hearing Center in Long Island, with over 10 years of experience in the medical field in a variety of office environments. Over the years, Colleen discovered that what she enjoys most is working with people. She feels it is her top priority to make sure that each person that comes to Advanced Hearing Center is happy with their office experience.

My name is Elizabeth Miller I have been in the audiology industry since 1999 and I enjoy helping individuals who have hearing difficulties. I take pleasure being a part of the helping solution when a person comes in with a device problem and I’m able to fix or solve the problem as well as to see the person hear for the first time in a while.
My name is Christine Rossi and I am a patient care coordinator at Advanced Hearing Center in Long Island. I can happily say that I’ve been in the field of hearing health care for 3+ years. Though my journey has brought me on many different paths, I have found that hearing health care is one of the most important things to me. I truly value the impact that we at Advanced Hearing Center have on people’s lives and overall wellness. I can honestly say that I have never worked anywhere that quality of care takes precedence over all else, and I’m proud to say I am part of the Advanced Hearing Center family.
